The HILL at Shorters Wharf is a famous landmark for "CRABBIES". The bike course is so flat that this little bridge marks an up-hill struggle, ha-ha! Coincidentally, Gerry wrote the HILL on the road around the same time that Lesley wrote it on her painting.
In 2018 The HILL painting was selected by the Maryland Federation of Art to hang in the
Maryland Governor's Office in Annapolis for 2 months
