Lesley was invited to teach watercolour painting in 1996 at Xinjiang Art College on the SILK ROAD, Urumqi China.
She spent some time in Beijing before traveling north west along the Great Wall of China to the Gobi Desert aboard
the "Iron Rooster" - a famous three day train journey to Urumqi!
